This Grubb suits her character much better, I am thinking!

Mrs. Honeyrat is adorable. You kind of just want to go up and give her a great big hug. She's that crazy old grandmother that's so full of love that it spills off the edges. That same grandmother is clinically insane and makes no sense. She has a childlike happiness, moodiness, and sincerity to her.

At least that what I get. ^_____^

I think that I am less astute than you are good at communicating the personality of a character through appearances. You really do a marvelous job of characterization.
